- Beyond Black explores whether Artificial Intelligence (AI) will ever be able to reproduce the complexity and emotion of humans dancing. This 20-minute stage production has been beautifully filmed, capturing the immediacy of the live event and the intimacy that film can provide.

Established in 2010, the Korea National Contemporary Dance Company (KNCDC) is Korea's only national contemporary dance company. Through dance created in collaboration with exceptional artists, KNCDC aspires to create Korean contemporary dance which tells stories of history, society and daily lives of contemporaneity that can be appreciated across regions and by all generations. In February 2020 choreographer Nam Jeongho succeeded as the 4th artistic director of KNCDC.
- KNCDC made its UK debut at The Place in 2018 as part of A Festival of Korean Dance.
