To celebrate the 140 years of friendship between the UK and the Republic of Korea, CORD will host the first-ever pop-up event with the duo behind the Michelin-starred restaurant Sollip. Woongchul Park and Bomee Ki will participate as guest chefs for the day, whose restaurant Sollip near London Bridge received a Michelin star in 2022. They will bring a marriage of European and Korean cuisine that combines their cultural heritage and culinary training.

Their dishes are elevated interpretations of their favourite European classics combining Korean spices and ingredients, whilst balancing traditional cooking techniques from home and modern Western culinary skills. The name Sollip translates to pine needle in Korean, which is understood to be one of the most effective natural ingredients to ignite smoke and flames in Korean cooking.

For one day only, you can dine for lunch or dinner to experience Woongchul and Bomee’s creations at CORD's fine dining restaurant. A reservation is essential on this day. Book your table now to avoid missing out on this fantastic pop-up event.
