  • Starters : Doenjang cod with ginger foam and lemon grass broth (CCC Korean Cooking Competition winner), Kimchijeon (Kimchi pancakes), Japchae (a mixed dish of boiled glass noodles, stir-fried vegetables) with shrimp, Beef Bulgogi Mandu (dumplings)
  • Mains : Grilled Gochujang glazed skirt steak with charred Kimchi puree and grilled soy vegetable (CCC Korean Cooking Competition winner), Bibimbap (Meat, Fish or Vegetables), Korean Fried Chicken, Sundubujjigae with pork belly or tofu (bean curd)
  • Sides : Kkakdugi (Radish Kimchi), Oi muchim (Spicy Cucumber salad), Gamjajorim (braised potatoes)
  • Desserts : Hottoek (oriental pancake with brown sugar filling) with makgeolli (Korean rice wine) ice cream, Yaksik (Sweet rice dessert)
