Kimchi Mandu Gratin

Try mandu in a gratin style. With tomato sauce and cheese, the spiciness of kimchi mandu is neutralized, the savouriness of the dish is upgraded. Suitable for both children and adults, try making this dish to your loved ones.
Ingredients
- 8 kimchi dumplings (mandu)
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin oil
- 1 Tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 ⅔ Tbsp chopped onion
- 5 courgette cored & cut into chunks
- 6 aubergine, cut into chunks
- 5 button mushroom
- 1 cup vegan slived kimchi
- 1 cup blended Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cup tomato sauce
- 3 basil leaves, sliced
- Salt
- crushed black pepper
Method
- Steam the Mandu for 6 minutes, then place them in a bowl.
- Pour olive oil into a pan and fry garlic and onion over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add courgette, aubergine, and mushroom, season with salt and black pepper, and fry another 2 minutes.
- Add kimchi and fry for 1 minute.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer for 4 minutes while stirring well.
- Place the prepared kimchi & tomato sauce on the Mandu in a bowl and top with cheese.
- Add basil slice on the cheese.
- Melt the cheese with dry heat for 4 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C
