A traditional Korean fairy tale read by Soon Jung Koh

The Korean fairy tale 'The Rabbit and the Tiger' has been brought to life by author Soon Jung Koh, who will visit the KCCUK on Saturday 30th March to read the tale and to lead the afternoon activities.

As we celebrate Easter, we are pleased to announce the family event for children with the reading of the traditional Korean fairy tale 'The Rabbit and the Tiger' with the author.

This family event for children will be conducted in Korean.

The Rabbit and the Tiger

The tale 'The Rabbit and the Tiger' is a classic Korean folk tale which tells the story of a cunning rabbit who outwits a menacing tiger. The rabbit, faced with the threat of being eaten, uses his wit and trickery to escape the tiger's clutches.

Beyond the Story

This event goes deeper than just a fun read. By exploring ‘The Rabbit and the Tiger,’ we'll also delve into Korean culture and gain insights into the social consciousness and historical struggles of the Korean people.
