The musical 'Marie Curie' is set to make its West End premiere in the UK. This award-winning production, which picked up five awards at the 2021 Korean Musical Awards, including Best Production and Best Director, is garnering attention both domestically and internationally. The UK performances are scheduled to take place at the Charing Cross Theatre from June 1 to July 28 2024.

Adapted from Korean, this UK production will deliver the message and emotion of the original work through collaboration with local actors and production staff. Alisa Davidson, from the musical 'Heathers,' has been cast as the protagonist Marie Curie for this West End performance, which is being produced under the direction of Sarah Meadows from 'Ride' and Emma Fraser, the Music Director from 'Rent.'

M. Pomianowska, director of the Warsaw Cross Culture Festival when discussing the production said, "I am very happy to see a work that is musically complete. I was particularly impressed by the Polish music used in some numbers, such as the Polonaise rhythm.".
