The centre began posting the videos on 17 March to offer performances that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

The videos for March include 11 performances by the traditional music group Jeongakdan and the folk music group Minsokakdan. From April, the number of available performances will continue to grow with videos featuring traditional dances and original gugak pieces – along with explanations of the pieces by the performers.

Every Saturday in April at 3pm KST (7am GMT) a live gugak concert with broadcast on the centre's YouTube channel with the performers also giving lectures and holding online discussions with viewers.

Fans of the K-Music Festival will be excited to hear that the Saturday concert lineup includes two stars from last year's festival in London: Park Jiha (11 April) and Jambinai's geomungo player Eun yong Sim (25 April).

Finally, we recommend checking out the Gugak Center's playlist of 360° concert videos for the most immersive concert-going experience possible - you've never seen gugak from this many angles!
