Korean Film Nights 2018

After a successful 2017 that saw audiences pack into screenings across three distinct film seasons, 2018 continued in a similar vein, splitting the year into two strands: Korean Novels on Screen, which ran from March to June, and Rebels with a Cause, running from July to August.

This first programme focused on films adapted from Korean novels, while the second, curated by the MA Film Programming and Curating students at Birkbeck University, centred around individuals who defied the cultural norms of their time.
