Korean Kimchi demonstration by the Kimchi Grand Master, Ha-Yeun Lee
The Korean Cultural Centre UK and the World Institute of Kimchi are delighted to organise a Korean Kimchi demonstration at the Le Cordon Bleu.
The event will feature demonstrations of three types of Kimchi by the Kimchi Grand Master, Ha-Yeun Lee. Ms. Lee is a one of the three Kimchi Grand masters in Korea.
