Korean Day Festival at York St John University
We warmly welcome all of you to our 3rd Korean day festival at York St John University. Under the theme of ‘Communication and Inclusivity’, there will be various fascinating activities and exhibitions. Please drop in with your family, friends and kids and get inspired by beautiful Korean culture.
As part of the day we are pleased to be holding a concert and performance in the York St John Creative Centre - this is an optional add on to your registration. Spaces are limited and tickets are charged at £5.50.

Exhibitions
Our onsite exhibitions will include; Hanguel calligraphy, British and Korean sign language workshops and academic poster presentation on Korean culture and language.

Experiences
Get involved with various experiences across campus throughout the day. Experiences include; calligraphy experience, learning hangeul - the Korean writing system, arts crafts and decorations, learning British and Korean sign language, wearing hanbok - Korean traditional clothing.

Try our fusion Korean food stalls provided by our own York St John Catering team.

Performance
Tickets are required for all performances, please purchase tickets as part of your registration if you wish. Performances include; 'London KIM'S dance group CIC', London Korean traditional dance team,‘Humming Bird’, the Korean choir team, York St John K-Dance Society, with guest performers from University of York Korean Cultural Society.
