This May, we are delighted to announce that our first Korea Day will make its way Wales!

Korea Day is a day-long celebration of everything Korean that focuses upon sharing both traditional and modern aspects of K-culture. A selection of cultural programmes will fill the Y Plas at the University of Cardiff’s Student Union. Some of these programmes include, but are not limited to:

Performing Arts

  • K-Pop Competition
  • Traditional Korean Music
  • Taekwondo

Experiences

  • Traditional Korean Costumes (Hanbok)
  • Traditional Korean Calligraphy, Games, Handicrafts
  • Korean Food
  • Korean Language tasters
