2018 K-POP World Festival: UK Regional Round
This July, the UK Round of the K-Pop World Festival is coming back.
The UK Round is a preliminary heat of the K-Pop World Festival which takes place in Korea later in the year. This exciting event gives K-Pop fans the chance to show off their talents whether this is in the form of singing or dancing. The winners of each regional round are then given the chance to compete for the opportunity to travel to South Korea to perform on Korean TV and meet some K-Pop idols.
Date/ Time: Sat 7 July 2018, 1:30pm – 5:30pm
Venue: 229 The Venue (229 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PN)
Participants
- Any non-Korean, aged over 16, who is not prevented from travelling overseas can apply to take part in the festival
- UK Regional Round: Singing & Dancing Competition
Online Applications must be received by Sun 10 June 2018
- Upload the video of you performing a K-Pop song or K-Pop cover dance on YouTube. (less than 4min)
- Complete the application form (find the file attached below) including the YouTube link to your video and then send it via email to info@kccuk.org.uk

The successful applicants will be announced on the KCCUK homepage on Friday 22 June 2018 and contacted individually via email
Prize for the Winners (1 singing and 1 dance performance team)
- Qualification to participate in the final online-competition for the opportunity to join 2018 K-Pop World Festival in Korea as representatives of the UK

Free Admission
- With regards to obtaining the free tickets for the event, if you register by email via info@kccuk.org.uk and simply let us know your details (age, name, email address) and a total number of the ticket (Max 3 per person). The free tickets for the event are however limited.
