Co-ordinator, Performance Team



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies for the Programme across both offline and online channels, including managing and creating content for digital platforms such as social media, the website, and newsletters.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-promotion and partnerships with relevant external organisations.
  • Support PR activities to enhance the visibility and profile of the Programme across the UK and Korea.
  • Assist in coordinating the schedules and logistics of participating performance groups, ensuring the smooth delivery of their activities in the UK.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for event delivery, including financial administration
  • Contribute to the wider work of the Performance Team on an ad hoc basis, undertaking additional duties as required.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • The successful applicant must provide evidence of their right to work in the UK.
  • Previous relevant work experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is desirable.

Available Positions & Working Period:

  • 1 position available
  • Contract period: from late May to early December 2026
  • Working pattern: 3–4 days per week, 08:30–16:30 (7 working hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Some evening and weekend work will be required; working hours can be adjusted accordingly. Any additional hours will be paid.

Salary

  • From £13 per hour / dependent on experience
