Open Call: Modelling at the Hallyu Con 2021
Casting Call until 9th May 2021
Are you a model in the early stage of your career or a modelling student who’s looking to enhance their portfolio? Then this invitation is for you!
As part of this year’s Hallyu Con – an event which aims to celebrate and showcase the Korean Wave in its various forms - we are looking for both male and female models to be part of the fashion segment which will be featured in the event.
If you’re selected, you will have the opportunity to wear clothes by Korean designers based in Korea or in the UK and have your photos and videos promoted among Korean-culture enthusiasts and K-Pop fans across the UK/the globe. All successful applicants will be gifted a £50 Amazon Voucher.
Here’s how you can apply (LINK)
√ Take a headshot and a full body photo (or a modelling photo from a previous project)
The headshot should clearly show your face and hair (preferably) in natural light. We want to see your natural features, so please avoid using pictures with heavy make-up or where you wear clothes that may ‘distract’.
√ Write a short cover letter
It sounds more serious than it actually is! All you have to do is write a few paragraphs where you tell us about yourself and any previous experience you may have as a model. Feel free to share any experiences with Korean culture and/or K-Pop (though it won't be a requirement!).
√ Be sure to include your age, gender, height
√ Send us your photos and cover letter
