The London Korean Festival 2015 will take place in the iconic surroundings of Trafalgar Square on Sunday 9th August. The festival will bring together a whole selection of Korea’s creative talents from a range of genres, including Trafalgar Square’s first K-Pop concert and of course the culinary delights of Korean cuisine. The day will also include performances by traditional musicians and a Hanbok Fashion Show, presenting the latest interpretations of Korea’s national dress. With a full day of events planned, guests will be invited to see and visit animation screenings, cooking demonstrations, workshops and tourism and trade zones alongside the main stage. The Festival also embraces the bilateral and cultural ties between Korea and the UK and so on the day there will be collaborations between Korean and UK Rock musicians and a variety of workshop programmes where people are invited to join in and take part.
